Brokers, shippers and landlords want proof of coverage before you load or sign. We process certificate requests Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, usually within 10 to 15 minutes. Requests received after hours go out the next business day. Two ways to get one: email coirequest@mrwilsoninsurance.com with the details below, or use the online request form. Clients who need certificates often can ask for self-serve portal access and issue their own, 24/7.

Request a Certificate

Email coirequest@mrwilsoninsurance.com or fill out the online form. Either way, include: your company name and DOT or MC number; the certificate holder's exact name and mailing address; the email address the certificate should be sent to; which coverages to show (auto liability, cargo, general liability, trailer interchange, reefer breakdown); any specific VINs or units that must be listed; and whether the holder needs to be named additional insured or loss payee. Self-Serve COI Portal

Pulling certificates every week? Skip the wait. Our self-serve portal lets you issue your own certificates any time, day or night, straight from your policy. Send us your company name, the owner's name and the email address that should have access. Our office will activate your portal login and send you the instructions, usually the same business day.
